Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh Condemns Terrorist Attack on Al-Karak Church, Affirms: Jordanians' Unity is Stronger Than Terrorism

AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), has strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist attack targeting Hammoud Church in the Karak Governorate, resulting in the loss of innocent lives and numerous casualties, affirming that targeting people in places of worship is an atrocious crime that contradicts the teachings of religion and values of humanity.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh further emphasized that terrorism will not destabilize Jordan's security or weaken its national unity, noting that deep rooted blood ties between Jordanians with a shared history and identity are stronger than all attempts to incite sectarian violence and create division. He stressed that Muslims and Christians in Jordan have been, and will remain, united against anyone seeking to threaten or undermine the country’s security and stability.

Moreover, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured. He also expressed his unwavering confidence in Jordan’s security agencies and their ability to counter terrorism, track down those responsible, and bring them to justice.

He concluded by affirming that Jordan, under its wise Hashemite leadership and united people, will remain resilient against terrorism and division, and that national unity is a red line that malicious and criminal actors will never be able to violate or compromise.
